The legal agreement governing your use of Jellyvorn
1. Acceptance and Binding Agreement
By accessing, browsing, or using Jellyvorn in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. 6. No Warranties - "As Is" Service
Jellyvorn is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We explicitly disclaim all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title.
We make no warranty that Jellyvorn will meet your requirements, operate uninterrupted, be secure, accurate, complete, or error-free. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected, that our platform is free from viruses or harmful components, or that content is accurate or reliable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jellyvorn and its owners, operators, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.
